Transform a dated all-brown home into modern retreat by indulging the client’s love of wallpaper and delivering a WOW and NOW space

Design Goals

Banish dark furniture, heavy wall finishes and dated window treatments. Harness natural light and work with a core color palette of white and gray to develop cohesive modern living spaces. Introduce art to the client’s spaces.

Design Services

• Created a statement entry by changing paint scheme, refinishing floors and introducing statement art.
•  Reinvented the LR as a dual “Library/Lounge” for work from home and entertaining by creating a focal point and adding dramatic wall covering. 
• Add sophistication to the DR by adding glossy paper to the walls and contemporary furniture. 
• Increase the comfort of the Family Room with new paint, sectional and window treatments.
• Fashion the Primary Bedroom into a pretty, private retreat with pattern, texture and properly scaled furnishings.
